Supply and delivery of Open well 10hp Submersible pump set 250lpm 125head conforming to IS 14220/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discha 9 ng the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall De of copper 6 rod as per IS 613/1984 with Isl mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1 KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (f5), 415V*6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor

Labour Charges for erection of Horizontal shaft, centrifugal pumpset (Coupled/Monoblock) in bore well/Open well including fixing of suction pipe and foot valve upto a maximum depth of 7 metres and delivery pipes to the required length with valves, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPIC switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Capacitor single phasing preventor and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including providing bed blocks etc., complete and operating the pumps and trial run for 10 days including signing of completion of reports as required by EB authorities.
