Renovation/Repair /Strengthening of Innovative Make Soft Starters No. 2, 6 & 7 installed at ESI Booster Pumping Station under Tughlakabad Constituency :- Work of Opening/Disconnection of the LT Power from the panel and to ensure the power is disconnected from all sources connected to FCMA Soft Starter Panels.

Replacement of 3 Pole AC1 700 Amp suitable for Innovative make FCMA based soft starter having 2 No+2 NC contacts and coil Voltage 220 V AC Coil the all contactors connected in the power circuit.

Work of reinsulating of the power cables connected terminals to the power contactors with proper RYB phasing.

Replacement of Motor protection relay in each panel, work includes removal of old and non-working relay and connection of tripping and CT and programming at site with all tools etc required to complete the work.

Manual functional testing of the Panel along by directly giving command from the terminal blocks with all required tools, manpower etc.

Work of checking the current at Starting time and adjustment as per site requirement & as required by FCMA starter.

Replacement of the all the on/off/Trip indicators, Meter & Push On/off buttons in each panel.

Assembling the panel after completion of the work & closing and mounting of all components. Cleaning of the Panel with Vacuum cleaner/blower ensuring that no control and power wiring is disturbed during the work.

Servicing of FCMA unit for its proper performance & functioning as per site requirement.
