| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 4 M Arm Single arm pole from the ground level, pole material shall be pre galvanized mild steel complied with BS 1139/ 1161 made up of ERW 'B' class pipes. The bottom pipe shall be of diameter 114.3mm & top pipe shall be 76.1mm in diameter with wall thickness of 3.5mm & 3.0mm respectively. The Base Plate size shall be 300 X 300mm with thickness of 12mm MS material duly PU painted. Decorative Cast Iron base of 700mm giving an aesthetic look to the pole. Embellishment shall be placed at the bottom & intersection of the 2 pipes & properly bolted to withstand distortion. The pole shall also be provided with a single straight arm bracket with 38mm diameter and a span of 850mm with a cast iron bracket of 600mm suitable for suspended fixture. The pole shall be properly cleaned, machine polished and coated with epoxy zinc rich penetrating etch primer and finished with polyurethane base paint for a long-lasting finish with 45-micron coat in required colour as approved of Premium make. The Pole shall be provided with a maintenance window of size 300mm length & 95mm width with Allen bolt locking arrangement. Loop in Loop out connector mounted on appropriate size Bakelite sheet with stud terminals along with 1no. 6A SP MCB to be provided with each pole. The Pole shall be packed with shrink wrapping along with bubble paper wrap for avoiding scratches during transportation & installation. The Poles shall be supplied with foundation bolts M16 X 600mm made up of mild steel and threaded portion to be hot dip galvanized along with 2 nuts & 1 vicer per bolt. Factory test reports along with PDI & test certificates of galvanization & material TC to be attached along with the supply. The Pole shall withstand the wind speed of 75KMPH as per IS 875. Pole life span must be minimum 10 years. Pole Design will be finalized as per site condition as per Directives by Engineer In charge. |
