OD88583/2025-2026:Charges for overhauling a 15 KVA DG set engine includes Engine disassembly and inspection, Cylinder block and head inspection/refurbishment, Piston and ring replacement, Crankshaft and bearing inspection/replacement, Camshaft if required and valve inspection/replacement, Fuel system overhaul (injectors, pumps, filters), Cooling system inspection and maintenance, Inspection of all components and Testing after reassembly (load testing, oil pressure testing) Including replacing the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, fan belt, and coolant etc as required.

Verify AVR and connected minor repair and Perform load testing, voltage testing, and insulation testing including all minor components related to alternator etc as required.
