B/R PORTIONDismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing Accoustic Wall Panel with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick of size 600mmX1200mm (Nominal) and shall achieve an NRC of 0.85 to 0.90 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000Hz and 2000 Hz) with 50mm air gap as per ASTM C423 and the fibre glass substrate shall have a recycle content of 85%. The panel shall be wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent fabric as per the shade and colour approved by EIC (Husk, Copper, Sangria, Sesame, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium, Flame, Peanut and shell). The panel shall be classified for Fire Class A, as per ASTM E-84 or for Fire class 1 as per BS 476 Part7. BS Part 6 Fire progation index and for flaming ISO 1182 and smoke density as per ASTM E 662. The Panels to be fixed to wall on a framework of wooden battens by using Wall panel Impalers as per the instructions and drawings provided by the manufacturer and approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.
