Manufacturing , supply and fixing of Retro-reflecries road name sign board single arow of size made out of wide angle cub corner micro prismatick grade sheeting conforming to IRC 67- 2010 and type XI of standards of ASTM 4956- 09 specification and fixed over 2mm tk aluminium sheet and back support frame by 32Np stainless steel pipe alround and 65Np pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 30cm x 30cm x 45cm etc., complete. the information message shall be made out of cutout letter in blue colour transparent overlay film as per IRC 67:201 guideluines 7 years pre qualification warranty for Retro-reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacture and a certified copy of three years out door exposure report from and independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. The sign board shall be retro reflective type XI, the retro reflective sheeting should have manufacture ward mark on the sheeting surface for identification and the reflective sheeting should be orientation free.etc, complete.
