| 9 | All the quoted rates will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. | 13 | The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against each highlighted cells in BoQ1. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission. |
