| 1 | Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Note: (Applicable for Sch ‘A’ BOQ Item No.1.00). (i) Split type AC's shall be taken from department on \\"as and where installed\\" basis.(ii) Split type AC's are to be maintained for heating as well cooling , where this provision is in the machine. (iii) The spare parts measured & paid separately as supply only rates. Rate for fixing of spare parts (ie compressor, condensing coil, cooling coil & blower motor) under relevant items shall be included in item No.1).(iv) The contractor shall ensure and assess at the site any initial maintenance required, to make the all Split type AC's in proper working condition, at the time of taking over and he shall be laible to make all listed handed over units functional. (ii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item. |

Opening the Geyser for inspection, repairs and reassembling the same as per the original assembly after repairs/ replaceing the wourn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered including re-fixing same position of the Geyser and making electric connection, water inlet and outlet connection, testing and checking of all the functioning of water inlet outlet valves connected with geysers.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
