Demolition of PCC in ground floor/curve stone and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in road /Path/ Hard Standing having minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40kg/ sqcm , thickness of concrete 25cm or less, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum complete all as specified and directed.Using Cement OPC 43 Grade only.Note :- (i) The design mix shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE/AGE (I) before commencement of work.(ii) In the event of variation in the design mix in the minimum cement content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for cement. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable, if excess quantity of cement content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this items.(iii) Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC: 15-2017.

M&L for spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50 mm deep x 10 mm wide , filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming expansion joints 12 mm thick , filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for depth 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road marking painting 2 mm thick (white) width n exc 20 cm with hot thermoplastic road marking paint conforming to BS 3262 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine drive on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished concrete /debries exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
