Acoustic Enclosure: Canopy type Acoustic enclosure including air intake / exhaust baffles, sliding doors with suitable hinges, locks etc. for the DG sets using acoustically treated panels housed in 1.6 & 3mm / 0.5mm CRCA / LCMS / HRCA sheet steel section filled with special grade 100 mm Thick 96 kg/m3 Density Rock Wool, covered with R. P. Tissue Paper and Expended metal on wall specially designed for optimum sound attenuation with frameworks complete. with inspection lamps, inspection glass window, provision for Cable Entry, control cables, etc. complying to IS 8183. |
| 4 | Standard Accessories: Both Engine & Alternator shall be suitably coupled and mounted on common channel iron base frame with standard accessories such as anti vibration pad, required capacity battery, suitable battery-charger unit with charging arrangements from direct mains, As per OEM standards Capacity Diesel tank, residential type silencer, suitable cable termination box etc. complete as per Electrical Inspectorate standards, rules & regulations Generator Control Panel: Dust tight, vermin proof GCP falling to IP43 category fabricated out of 16 / 18 SWG CRCA Sheet Steel painted as per standards of the following specifications ( All switches shall confirm to conforming to IEC 60947-2 standards). The Panel shall be provided with Digital Engine Controller unit suitable for integration to PLC based Auto Mains failure / Auto Load Sharing Relay system, including suitable rating Microprocessor based type MCCB having overload & short circuit protection as recommended by OEM, TPN best conductivity busbar with SMC supports, heat shrinkable sleeves etc. capable to handle generator full load current, multifunction / individual meters to read current in each phase, line to line and phase voltages, energy generated ( Wh) per phase and cumulative, hours of operation, power factor status, RYB Phase indicators ( LED Pilot type ) with suitable rating control MCB including all necessary control wiring etc. complete as per standards. ( Note : - Glanding & Termination works will be in the supplier scope. The GCP shall meet all the statutory requirements complied with the Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate ). |
