Supply of Submersible axial flow Pump with following duty criteria, with necessary fittings and couplings. The material of construction of impeller should be Bronze/SS304/SS316, and that of pump body is Cast Iron Alloy, pump shaft /shaft sleeve SS410. The prime mover for the pump should be a 3 phase TEWC squirrel cage submersible induction motor of rpm not higher than 1500(syn) suitable for 415V+/- 10%, 50 Hz+/- 5% connection with Class F insulation Suitable for handling silty, fresh and salty water. Cubicle type readymade panel board of reputed make (L&T / Siemens / ABB) with Fully-Automatic-Star-Delta starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, MCCB, RCCB, ELCB, Single phase preventer, dry run preventer, Three Phase Voltage Monitoring Relay, Phase Sequence Protector, RYB indication lamp with suitable control etc. Electrical Connection, earthing and panel board should be as per the norms of KSEB/ Electrical Inspectorate. The supply should include flexible delivery hose of 10 to 12 m length suitable to the proposed pump outlet, flanges be supplied as per site requirement, Base frame, coupling, coupling guard, flanges, necessary cables and wiring, suited for the pump in the location. Suitable size waterproof copper power cable, 20 m or as per site condition. GI weld mesh made of 6mm thick with metallic strainer of mesh size not more than 50mm x 50mm should be fitted at the mouth of the suction column. Any hanging portion of the pipe should be supported with suitable metallic supporting frames. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all the supply and installation and commissioning at the site and all type of transport and conveyance, loading and unloading charges, civil, mechanical electrical works for fixing of motor pump-set and foundation works for fixing pump and bolts etc. All installation should meet the KSEB & Electrical Inspectorate requirement. Contractor should submit completed electrical drawings for connection requirements and obtained Compliance Certificate from Electrical Inspectorate.(excluding GST)
