| 2 | Fixing of old truck tyre fenders each set contains 2 nos. old truck tyres including making holes,cuttings, bending and fixing of GI nipple, GI flange, GI chain, GI D-Shackle/ Wire rope, wire grips etc., but excluding cost of old truck tyres, GI nipple, GI flange, GI chain, GI D-Shackl/, Wirerope, wire grips etc., which will be supplied by the department on free of cost from ALHW store at Baratang including cost of hire charges of welding machine, cost of electrodes, packing of gunny bags inside the tyre, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools and plants, GST, Cess etc. complete. |
| 3 | Lifting the giant/mini giant tyre from the berthing face of the wharf with the help of crane/fork lift for replacing GI nipple, GI flange, GI chain, GI D-Shaekle, wire rope, Wire grips etc., including conveying the giant/mini giant tyre from berthing face of wharf to working yard within a lead of 30 M etc., including cost of all labour charges and minor tools, GST, Cess etc., complete. |
| 4 | Breaking reinforced cement concrete M20/M30 or richer mix using air compressor and pavement breaker and air compressor with POL and operator, disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 50m cost of all labour charges,transportation charges, minor tools, GST, Cess etc., Complete. |
| 5 | Providing and laying PCC M20 (wearing coat 1:1.5:3 one cement, one and half Mainland river sand & Mainland stone chips) using 20mm size stone chips from mainland, Mainland river sand 43 grade ordinary portland cement for cast-in-situ concrete and as directed by the EIC, including cost of normal shuttering, cement, cost of stone chips and mainland river sand, all labour charges for mixing conveying placing consolidation screening and washing of stone chips and sand, transportation charges of all materials to work site and running charges of concrete mixer, vibrator, consumables and all other required materials, cost of minor tools and plant, GST, Cess etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST. |
