OD248000/2025-2026:Annual Maintenance and servicing of 1TR/ 2TR/3 TR/4.5TR, 240/415V Vertical and Wall/ Floor Mounting type Split /Ductable split Air Conditioner Units covering all routine and preventive maintenance, attending to all breakdowns and rectifying the defects if any (excluding the cost of spare). The cleaning and servicing of IDU and ODU includes 2 No. water servicing using chemicals, water pump etc. and 3 nos. Air servicing using cleaning materials and pressure air pump etc. The operating status of the units should be regularly monitored and intimated to the department staff in charge and the Air conditioner Units should be maintained in proper working condition through out the period of contract.
