So as to enable the KSEB authorities to seal it) and including arranging testing and installation of the same with KSEB testing Division. Transformer Portion consists of 315 K.V.A , 11 K.V/433V,50 Hz, Delta/Star connected cast resin insulated copper wound transformer. The coreshall be made of high grade grain oriented silicon M4 steel lamination insulated andoxide layer and outside of the core shall be protected against corrosion by epoxy resinfinish. Class 'F' insulation level shall be maintained. OFF load tapchanging facility shall be incorporated so as to achieve tap positions of +5% to -10% in step of 2.5%. four channel Temperature Scanner with 4 nos Sensors, annunciatorand trip mechanism shall be provided. The Transformer shall confirm to latest IS and ECBC standards. The maximum allowable loss limited tovalues designated by ECBC Norms . All inter connection from HT Side totransformer and to LT Side shall be given using electrolytic copper bus bar insulatedwith heat shrink sleeves and tinned at the point of contacts. All internal earthconnections are to be given as per standards. Necessary protection shall be made forgiving cable connections on the HT side as well as LT side. Phase barriers andshrouding as per rules has to be given.The enclosure shall be fabricated from 2.00mm CRCA sheet, complying with of IP 54standards and shall be powder coated over a coat of Zinc chromate primer after seventank processing and phosphatizing. The USS shall be installed as per the directions atsite. |
