| 3 | M&L for water proof cement based putty @ 0.75 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered / old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:-Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.Step.4) Cracks of walls to be filled with its filling paste. | 5 | M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. | 9 | M&L for Two coats water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint on wall of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti fangal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 1 to 09 Above. (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer .(b) Rates quoted are deemed to inclusive of scaffolding required upto height of 20mtr and safety equipment as reqd(c) The contractor shall submit MoU on non judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- with any manufacturer listed in particular specification/list of manufacturer from which the contractor proposes to carry out the above work.(d) Copy of MoU shall be uploaded with T-Bid (cover-1) failing which the technical bid shall be disqualified/rejected |
