To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of 365 days from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter at the rates contained in MES schedule subject to contractor's quoted percentage (%) {excess (+) or less (-)} on MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II) as mentioned below. AND At such rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 (G) of IAFW-2249. AND At supplementary rates given in Appx 'A' to Schedule 'A'.

Notes :- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 2nd row from the bottom of this BOQ.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and \\"Select\\" the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the 2nd row from the bottom of this BOQ to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II).(iii) The work/services shall be ordered through work order to be priced at MES Schedule Rates Part II (2020) subject to percentage quoted by the contractor by the Engineer in Charge as per requiremnts during enforcement period of contract. (iv) Amount inserted by MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is for a rough guidance and for reference only. However for calculating the EMD, Performance Security etc where Contract amount to be considered shall be as per Estimated Cost inserted in BOQ & Appx `A` to NIT.
