| 19 | Commissioning and trial run of the three nos Pumping units. |
| 20 | Removing all electrical connections for lifting the submersible pump-motor set partly/ fully. |
| 21 | Withdrawing fully of submersible pump-motor set by means of chain-pulley, block and all other tools & tackles as required. |
| 22 | Opening the damaged bowl of pump & motor to ascertain the extent of damage & refitting the sameof necessary assessment only as per direction of engineer - in - charge. |
| 23 | Dismantling the submersible pump-motor set part by removing the setting coupling, tapper lock etc. and resetting the same the original one after overhauling, descaling, cleaning & reassembling including painting the pump-motor set as per direction of engineer - in - charge. |
| 24 | Complete rewinding of submersible pump motor with special type copper winding wire. the insulation would be impervious to the liquied of mortor and minimum heat loss. the rewinded motor would have to be undergone High voltage test in presence of kmc's fild officers as per I.S.I code.. |
| 25 | Supply, fitting fixing of one set mechanical seal with necessary o-rings and other fixing materials as per direction of eic |
| 26 | Supplying ,fitting and fixing 65 mm dia deep well brass cylinder with necessary fittings and accessories. |
| 27 | Supplying, fitting and fixing in position G.I. pipes (40 mm dia.) of Tata make for underground works with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, short piece etc. with two coats of painting on G.I. pipes and specials with bituminous paint . |
| 28 | Changing the upper bearing bush of the motor as per sample. |
| 29 | Opening out of the non-return valve for necessary repairing & refitting the same by supplying all sundry materials like nuts, bolts etc. |
| 30 | Installation fully of submersible pump-motor set and repairng sump chamber with allied works as per direction of engineer-in-charge including making all sorts of arrangement for chain pulley, block and all other tools and tackles as required. |
| 31 | Redrawing of all electrical connections after reinstallation of the submersible pump-motor set including column pipe. |
| 32 | Transportation charges to & fro per pump-motor set. |
| 33 | Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8(eight) hours continuos pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with \\"v\\" notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffoldingas required complete in all respect.
