Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking kthe material as directed. a) By manual means : i) From 25 mm to 50 mm thick.

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification.

Spreading and consolidating stone metals of specific sizes in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers as necessary hard packing after spreading in uniform thickness rolling with power roller in stage in proper grade and camber spreading and sweeping requisite type and quantity of screening materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, applying binding materials as directed watering etc. and lighting guarding barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one meter width one each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting, filling and fixing all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all man and machineries and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charges but excluding cost of stone materials and screening.Course aggregate of size range 63mm to 45mm for 75mm compacted thickness using 0.10M3 of aggregates and 0.014M3 of type A or 0.021 M3 of type B (11.2mm stone screening materials pakur/dhadka/chandil or similarly hard stone.

Providing and applying primer coat with cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per clause 502 of Specification for Road & Bridge Works of Mort&H (5th Revision). (for WBM/Wmm Surface) (with primer @0.7-1.0 kg/sqm)

Laying 20mm thick premixed carpet (open graded using 1.8 m3 of grit 13.2mm size and 0.9 m3 of 11.2mm size stone aggregates per 100 m2 of surface applying tack coat screening, cleaning and preheating stone chips and fully precoating the same with hot matrix @ 54kg. Per m3 of aggregate laying the premixed chips uniformly over the surface and hand packing thoroughly following by power roller including the cost of carriage of stone chips and matrix heating the matrix and all other cost and charges in this connection including hire charges and cost of fuel and lubricants of machineries and equipment for construction and quantity control as per IRS specification complete.By concrete mixer.

Laying premixed seal coat (type-B) using 0.6 m3 of grit/(passing 2.36mm sieve and retained on 180 micron) per 100 sqm. Area including cleaning the surface preheating the grit by suitable pan mixing the preheated grit with hot matrix @113.50 kg/ m3Of grit/ sand laying the mixture uniformly over the surface and rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of grit and matrix heating the grit and all other cost and charges in this connection including hire charges and cost of fuel and lubricants of machineries and equipments for construction and quality control complete.On freshly laid premixed surface without tack coat.
