Complete cleaning of Marshalling Box as all the burnt contactors TBs, relay and other associated circuit connecting lines and its wiring the Marshalling box to Fan and Marshalling box to RTCC Panel , ACDB Panel for controlling of transformer cooling fan of control circuit designed for Auto/Manual operation including dracing and termination of cables. The following items are to be fixed in the existing marhaling box i.e 3 phase 415V, 20A/32A/10A contactor and block unit with OLR with adjustable trip setting etc, 10Amp, Kitkat, HRC fuse unit with 20amp AC 3 way auto/Manual selector switch etc. of standard make in the existing marshelling Box also single phase peventer in both groups of fan of transformer including cost of all required materil, T&P and labour etc. for completion of satifactory work. The wiring should be of 4Sqmm PVC copper wire, 6Sq mm PVC copper wire, 10Sq mm PVC copper wire, 16Sq mm PVC copper wire with colour coding, lugs & ferrules etc as guidence of JE incharge. Also providing ad fixing of damaged handle of marshalling box. All skilled labour , tools, special T&P , electric welding machine & material shall be provided by the contactor at its own cost.( The material and work shall be done so that there is gurantee of Replacement and repair of Contactor, fan and auxilliary circuit of fan for one Year)

Work involve opening the connection of damaged T/F colling fans & repairing , reconditioning and replacement of damaged bearing , shaft etc. Other as per requirement to complete the job and after that assembling of all the parts in the cooling fans with the help of suitable manpower with safety and care with all cost of the skilled men, T&P and misc. consumables etc. required for the job.
