Annual Maintenance contract for Fogging treatment of entire Hydel Colony Campus, Bhikharipur, Varanasi including outside office building, banglaw etc. for control of Mosquitoes and general pest with insecticide-Kinfog (Delta methrine 1.25 % ulv) with minimum four service in every month by using fogging machine including all labour, materials T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I. (Area of Colony Approx= 60,630.00 sqm)

Annual Maintenance contract for Anti-Larva treatment in all water stagnanted area (Water pools, ponds, drains and open areas which are identified as source for Mosquitoes breading in the colony area) inside or outside the premises to stop the breeding of mosquito. The operation will be carried out minimum two times in a month with insecticide pyrethrum 2% EC/Temephos 50%, (diselbase pyrethrum tablet, bleaching powder etc.) including all labour, materials T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I.

Annual Maintenance contract for Household Pest (Cockroaches, Ants) Treatment inside entire covered area by gel treatment along with spray by odorless chemical cyfluthrin using insecticide-Fipronil to gel/Kotrine (Gel-Ready to use and spray 10ml in 1 liter water), Rodent Treatment Inside as well as outside the premise by using glue traps inside the rodent boxes within the building and bromadiolone cake only at the exterior along the outer wall of the building using insecticide-Roband Trubblegum (Bromadiolone, Ready to use Glue based), Fly Treatment Inside the building premises in all the dept as well as entrance exit Point by spraying chemicals to control the problem of house flies using insecticide-Cyfluthrin/lamb dacy Haothrin/Deltamethrine (10ml in 1 liter water), Lizard Treatment the treatment aims at use of spray targeted at the lizard using Insecticide-Pyrethrum (60ml in 1 liter water) and Mosquito Treatment In the inside building premises the odorless chemical to control the population of adult mosquitoes using insecticide-Deltamethrine 2.5% (20 to 30 ml in 1 liter water) including all labours, materials T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I. (Minimum 03 Service in a Year)Payment Terms:- 30% payment will be release after first service. Next 30% payment will be release after second service and Remaining 40% will be release after final service.

Providing and injecting Chemical for Post Constructional Anti-termite treatment like Aldrine emulsifiable 0.2% concentration or any other approved material such as Heptachlore or chlordance with drilling holes at junctions of floors with Walls and pillars, The application and consumption of the Chemical shall be as per relevent IS Code . The rates includes cost of all materials, labour, equipments, T&P complete.
