M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of ceiling incl, cornices (plastered or unplastered) by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance interior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 2 mm thick wall care putty surfaces. Note :- Putty surface are measured and paid separately .

M&L for preparation putty surfaces of wall incl, cornices etc and applying two coats of Oil Bound distemper all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing surface of wall and applying and including 2 mm thick wall care putty and prepared surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exe 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
