The work consists of supply and construction of Underground (UG) fuel storage tank With Over Head Protection (OHP) and FRP coating (cap 20 KL). General description of UG Fuel Storage Tank with FRP coating (cap 20 KL) is as under: -1.1 Industrial use1.2 Storage tk with 20000 Ltrs capacity with additional 5% Air Space.1.3 Material & Manufacturing. IS 10987-1992 (reaff 2022).1.4 Fabrication of Tanks & connected accessories. The fabricator shall be required to fabricate the Fuel storage tanks of specific capacity as per drawing & Standards, including, internal &external structural/ fittings, Decanting pump with flow meter, decanting hose pipe Fuel dispenser, Electric panel and other connected accessories etc.1.5 Steel casing over motor & dispensing unit should be provided by vendor. (Detail sketch as approved by Accepting Officers)1.6 The tank should be supplied with MS platform and ground should be leveled and uniform before placing the tank.1.6.1 Platform to be given offset of 150mm all side of FOL tank.1.6.2 Platform to be raised height of 150mm from ground level and to be fabricate in 3mm MS plate with necessary frame work to make it capable to withstand the fully filled FOL tank. Nos 01Note:- Fuel tank design be duly vetted from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)/ Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and submitted to Accepting Officer for approval with 15 days after placement of SO.2. Fabrication of Tanks. The fabricator shall be required to fabricate the Fuel storage tank of specific capacity as per our drawing & Standards, including supply of Steel Plates, internal & external structural/ fittings and finishes.3. Scope of Supply.3.1 Steel Plates required for Shell, End Plates, Reinforcement Pads, Manhole Cover/ Necks etc: Supply of Steel plates for Fuel Storage tanks with FRP coating tanks conform to IS IS 2062-2011(reaff 2021),Gr.-B(Fe410,E-250) of tested quality.(Thickness of plate should be as per technical specification and drawing attached at tender documents.
