Cleaning of Fuel oil gun by closing the steam and oil valves, removing of gun clamp, removing of oil gun, fixing the gun in the vice, cleaning the gun, checking the copper washer and fixing the cleaned gun in the boiler, opening the steam valves and checking for any leaks.

ATTENDING GLAND LEAK IN VALVES OF SIZE UPTO 50MM:This work involves isolating the valve, attending gland leak by loosening gland nuts,replacing glands and tightening the gland, etc.,

ATTENDING GLAND LEAK IN VALVES OF SIZE UPTO 80 MM to 250 MM:This work involves isolating the valve, attending gland leak by loosening gland nuts,replacing glands and tightening the gland, etc.,

ATTENDING FLANGE LEAKS IN VALVES OF SIZE UPTO 50 MM SIZE. Attending the flange leaks involves isolating the valve, attending flange leak by tightening flange nuts or replacing gaskets in various type of pipe lines.

ATTENDING FLANGE LEAKS IN VALVES OF SIZE FROM 80 MM to 150 MM VALVE:Attending the flange leaks involves isolating the valve, attending flange leak by tightening flange nuts or replacing gaskets in various type of pipe lines.

Renewal of Boiler drum manhole gasket: This work involves opening of boiler drum manhole door, removing existing gasket, cutting new gasket as per requirement, fixing the gasket and closing the manhole door properly.

Charges for cutting and replacing the defective valves for valves of size 40mm to 50mm by IBR welder.

Charges for cutting and replacing the defective valve of size up to 25mm rate by IBR welder.
