Repairing the existing OTIS make 13 Passanger 4 Stop Gearless Elevator with repair of Elevator parts and replacement of faulty and unserviceable parts through OEM or their Authorised Contractor. OEM or their Authorised Contractor replace Elevator parts as follow:- Drive, Kit of Rollers, GECB, AT 120 KIT -NON LVA-RH, Door Protection Cable, Control Box , Cross Flow Fan 35W 1450 RPM -WECO, Belt, Gen2 32kN 30MM Width, Pit Switch , CSB Monitor, 5 Belt/30mm Gen2, Contact & ACTU-AZ14-& KDL AZ14B, Battery 12V 7AH, Kit Tension Fr. W/Mtg. Accessories, Gurad for Tension Frame, Spring Prima Landing, Lever, Device, Door Release Triangle, Spring & Brushing Prima Landing, Spring Techna c/o Landing Door, Emergency Light, Emergency Alarm Unit, Car & Landing Door Guide Gen2, Gib & etc. required to make Elevator functional/ running condition and provide health/ fitness certificate from OEM. During this maintenance work other supporting arrangement as scaffolding, safty guard , manpower and other minor mechanical parts shall be included as required will be arrange by Bidder himself.

During this maintenance work other supporting arrangement as scaffolding, safty guard , manpower and other minor mechanical parts shall be included as required will be arrange by Bidder himself.
