Supply of water hyacinth weed harvester with the following technical specifications. The weed harvester having a overall dimensions of 9.80m Length x 3.35m width x 2.40m Height with the Barge hull size of 6.00m Length x 2.45m width x 0.60m (with 5 air tight compartments) Height and the hull, Paddle wheels, conveyor Belts and Non-rubber hydraulic pipe lines are made up of Stainless Steel 304 grade. The draft empty size is 30cm and draft loaded is 60cm and storage capacity have been not less than / Equivalent to 6 CBM(Cubic Meter). The engine mounted in the harvester pertaining to Indian Standard specification Equivalent to 25HP diesel engine. The fuel tank capacity is not less than 45 litres (Diesel) carrying capacity. The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic pump with hydraulic motors and DC valve lever controls for single operator with the relief valve and filter for hydraulic protection. The hydraulic oil graded with ISO 68 / Equivalent. The hydraulic reservoir made up of Stainless Steel and its capacity not less than 150 litres. The controls are installed as per standards (IS Specified controls). The cutting width of the harvester not less than 1.50m and the conveyor belt made up of 1”x 1” P Stainless Steel 304 flat wire belt. The Discharging height and Distance have been not less than 1.50m from water level and 2.00m from Barge stern. Propulsion made up of Twin paddle wheels 1.50m Outer Diameter x 0.50m width with independent forward and reverse rotation 0 to 50 RPM cover for protection, all fasteners in SS or Galvanized steel. The water harvester vessel speed not less than 3 to 4 km/hr and its harvesting speed not less than 1.5 to 2 km/hr. Lifting hooks are provided for loading and unloading for road transport and for hauling in water. The exposed surface of the weed harvester shall be painted with two coats of Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. This harvester made with the Indian Standard Specified materials and it having a warranty period of 2 years from the date of supply and as directed by Engineer in charge. The quoted price shall be exclusive of GST and inclusive of all other applicable taxes, duties, levies, transportation, handling, installation charges up to the point of delivery at site, and no additional claims on account of taxes, duties, or incidental charges will be entertained after issue of the supply order; the supplier shall ensure that the machine is delivered in ready-to-operate condition with prescribed accessories, provide operator training for the minimum period of 4 months and basic maintenance guidance at the time of demonstration, furnish warranty and service support details to cover any operational shortfalls during the warranty period.

Supply of long reach stick (arm) of length 3m for extension, that replaces the original arm length of 1.65m with a longer one suitable for Crawler Type Hydraulic Excavator. The Supplier must exhibit that the counter weight of the machine is Stable enough significantly when the longer reach stick is replaced with the original arm. The attachment is ideal for effective removal of water Hyacinth, Aquatic weeds, floating vegetation and slush within its reach of canal. The long reach arm is build up with welded Box section using high strength steel and welded enough to withstand the fatigue resistance etc, complete as per standard specification exclusive of GST.

Supply of Weed Bucket suitable for Crawler Type Hydraulic Excavator, Which is perforated and Specially designed for removal of aquatic weeds, water hyacinth, floating vegetation, slush and debris from the Irrigation channels with a heaped Capacity of 0.35m3 and the weed bucket is in the overall size suitable to satisfy the original bucket of Crawler Type Hydraulic Excavator except the perforation etc., complete as per standard specification exclusive of GST.
