3	VCB PANEL
4	Design, manufacture, assembly, routine testing and supply of 11 kV indoor, metal-clad, metal-enclosed, draw-out type switchgear rated for 12 kV, 630 A, 40 kA for 1 second, comprising two incomer feeders and one bus coupler feeder as per approved SLD, complete with vacuum circuit breakers, aluminium busbars, current transformers and potential transformers, numerical protection relays, auxiliary and trip relays, metering instruments, indicating lamps, control and selector switches, spring-charged motor operated mechanisms, electrical and mechanical interlocks, space heaters, internal wiring, earthing bus, terminal blocks, shutters, nameplates and all standard accessories and auxiliaries, fully wired, assembled, factory tested and supplied in accordance with the technical specifications, data sheets, applicable IS/IEC standards, complete in all respects.

6	Design,supply of sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted, compartmentalised, free standing switch-boards, including transportation from store/yard to site at the place of installation, unpacking, assembly, including mounting and wiring of loose parts supplied by equipment vendor, interconnection of shipping sections and requisite inter-panel wiring between shipping sections, including supply of foundation base material frame including supply of GI bolts, nuts and washers etc., assembling of shipping sections,connection of inner panel busbars, checking of terminal connection for tightness and proper wiring, including all labour and materials, as per attached specification of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Panel shall be with hinged doors, with neoprene gasket, 2 Nos earth terminal shall be provided at the Panel frame with extension link for earthing connections, with pad locking arrangement & along with Weather proof double compression Ni plated brass cable glands and lugs for all incoming and outgoing feeders. Incoming & outgoing feeders with ACB/MCCB,CTs/PTs, Relays/ Contactors, meters, space heaters, MFM, selector switches, indication lamps etc.as per applicable SLDs. The Panel will have IP-42 rating degree of protection or otherwise specified in respective item. Colour shade of final paint shall be RAL 7032 or as approved by IOCL.The item is inclusive of the stenciling/ lettering of the LT/HT Panel Boards/Control Panels/LDBs & PDBs/Motors etc. Suitabledouble compression glands to be supplied with all switchboards and panels.
