Dismantling of existing M.S. flat railing on brick masonary toe wall or on ground and removing of CC 1:2:4 block of size 1’-0”x0’-9”x1’-0” complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Refixing and repair (no new member) of old MS flat railing on brick masonary toe wall or on ground by providing CC 1:2:4 block of size 1’-0”x0’-9”x1’-0” including cost of applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar works as required ( DSR 10.25.2)
