Providing and planting of well grown decorative plant of size 3’ to 4’ in gunny bags golden bottle brush, Ficus Benjamina, Ficus Rexnold, Areca palm, Juniperus spp. Or as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing precast concrete reinforced benches (Chair type) with back- rest, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete and reinforced suitable to prevent damage during handling transportation, execution and long use. The bench consist of 02 nos. L-shape base support in gray / cement color of thickness- 100mm, back height-1000mm and front height – 450mm, base width- 620mm and 5 nos. reinforced concrete planks in red color of size 1500x100mmx50mm and 01 no of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500x200x50mm all parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size.
