High mast in one section Construction S355 grade as per BS-EN 10 025 Top Dia 100mm, bottom dia 360mm, plate thickness 3mm, 12side polygon, galvanisation as per BS EN ISO 1461, base plate dia 520mm, base plate thickness 25mm, GI single spike lighting protection, maximum wind speed 47m/s as per IS : 875 (Part-III) with 6 nos foundation bolts of PCD 445mm TS 600/ 24mm dia/850 mm long. Luminaries carriage : Material for 40 NB ERW Class B – M.S. Pipe, dia of carriage ring 450mm (ID) with 8 arm, welded, 2 sections having carrying capacity upto 8 luminaries. Trailing Cable : 5 core 2.5sq.mm. PVC flexible copper conductor Winch/Power Tool : Double drum, SWL 350 kg with 0.75HP 6 pole single speed integral motor Rope : Grade AISI 304, 7/19 construction, dia 5mm, BLC 1450 x 2 having 2 nos of continues rope. Aviation obstruction light : twin dome aviation obstruction lights LED type as required.

For 12 mtr. High mast : ITC of the high mast and light fixture with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring material like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor lugs, MCB and all labour & construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering safe soil bearing capacity of 10T/ mtrs sq. for 12 M High mast.

Outdoor stand mounted Feeder Panel with 63amp TP&N, MCB incomer, 65amp TP contactor automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control incommer outgoing terminal etc as reqd. (for high mast)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq mm directr in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench etc as rquired, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.
