Annual Maintenance for Comprehensive servicing, Maintenance and operation of 1500TR (4 x 375 TR) capacity air cooled screw chillers complete comprising preventive & breakdown maintenance, repair of compressor and associated components and spares like expansion valve, loading and unloading coil switch, pressure cut out switches, oil switch, microprocessor based controller and other electrical components in the system, refrigent piping and consumables like V-belt, bearings, descaling chemicals, charging of oil and refrigerant including operation of the chiller, AHU's pumps by person suitably in the field of refrigeration, monthly servicing and ensuring proper operation of the Auxiliary HVAC system.
