Vendor has to quote the rates considering the disconnection to be done from MCV-1 from ground floor to various floor (High Risk Building). All the tools & tackles Petzl, Skilled manpower, liasoning etc for for the proper disconnection and to get the work executed on site is in the vendor scope.

The Visiting Charge SOR is applicable only in case Contractor is unable to disconnect due to non-availability of MNGL Assent/ connection OR due to revised billing as per actual reading and confirmation for non-disconnection from RRM team OR as per instruction/ Direction by AIC/EIC.

Notes:1. The Schedule of Rates shall be read with all other sections of this bid document. 2. Supply & Installation of material: (applicable for reconnection only where disconnection done by another contractor) 3. The scope as mentioned in the above SOR is of indicative nature only and shall include all activities as detailed in the relevant clauses of the specifications and as instructed by EIC. 4. The above quantities are tentative and may vary considerably depending upon site conditions, methodology adopted as per site requirement with due approval of owner. 5. Evaluation and comparison shall be done on overall basis least cost to the MNGL. 6. The rate should be ALL INCLUSIVE, including all expenses, other costs & charges etc.7. Taxes & Duties if any shall be indicated clearly in your quotation and total amount should be inclusive of all taxes etc. 8. Bidder shall indicate the following rates considered in the prices indicated in the Price Schedule above. 9.
