| 9 | Non Comprehensive Maintenance of Kitchen exhaust system at roof top of the building of various capacities.This will include routine servicing/ regular maintenance, filter cleaning, preventive mainteanance of equipments and breakdown repairs as and when occurred, ensuring that system does not remain out of service for a period not less than 4 hours in case of major breakdowns and one hour in case of minor breakdowns due to any unforeseen breakdown. The rate shall include for consumables including belts required(2 Belts per contract can be considered) for satisfactory maintanace of the installation. In case of replacement of spares required for other than belts,oiling and greese will be paid extra. |
