| 7 | Supply, installation , balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated Class VIII , 20G lead free galvanized sheet steel oval ducting with powder coatings(thickness of sheet 1.01 mm)complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elblows, hangers, supports, etc,. The entire oval ducting work shall be fabricated out of lock-forming grade galvanised sheet steel with specified Zinc coating of grade 375 conforming to IS 277 with powder coatings as per IS 13871. The plenum and ducting shall be complete with necessary Gripple/Clutcher Wire Rope Hanger System. The Ductmate Clutcher/Gripple make stainless steel Hangers are used to suspend oval GSS ducting including providing of vanes, M.S angle support, angle flanges, grill collar, tees, bends etc., All the flanges shall be provided with 6 mm thick felt neoprene gasket at joints , complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 8 | Supply and installation of thermal insulation of above ducting with 9mm thick,closed cell Nitrile foam rubber/ cross linked polyehylene thermal insualtion. The insualtion shall be coverd with aluminium foil of 40G thick and fixed properly by self adhesive aluminium tape as per the scope of work. |
| 9 | Supply and installation of 19 mm thick Fibre free and antimicrobial resistant, open cell elastomeric nitrile rubber acoustic insulation in supply air ducts with fire retarred \\"O\\" class, fire performance, resistant to chemical & micro organisum and sound absorption class -D as per the technical specification and scope of work. |
| 10 | Supply and fixing of G.I fire smoke dampers in supply air duct/ main branch and return air passage in the DX -DPAC unit . Fire dampers shall be multi blade louvers type. The blades and frame shall be constructed with minimum 1.6 mm thick G.I sheet . It shall be supplied with spring loaded UL stamped fusible link to close fire damper in the event of rise in air temperature . Fire dampers shall be CBRI tested & certified for required rating adainst collapse & frame penetration complete with locking device. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 11 | Supply and fixing of double deflection type Supply Air Grille/Diffuser of following specification. Extruded anodized aluminium, powder coated, Off white colour, adjustable and locking type aliminium volume control damper having horizontal and vertical louvers. The louver portion shall be removable type for adjusting the Volume Control Damper etc.,all complete per specification and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge. |

| 16 | The prices inserted in the schedule of quantities shall be inclusive of value of the work described including all cost and expenses, which may be required in and for the construction of the work described together with the general risks, liabilities and obligations not forth or implied in the documents on which the tender is to be based. |
| 17 | The quantities stated are to be considered approximate only and the unit prices entered in the schedule of quantities and prices shall apply only to the actual quantities measured in the completed work in accordance with the specifications. |
| 18 | All the materials other than those shown in schedule of supply of materials in section VII are to be arranged by the contractor and his rates should account for the same. |
