Charges for providing necessary scaffolding arrangements and working platform for facilating to attend work from safety Platform for attending mono rail hoist works in above coal mill at 16 mtr elevation and dismantling the scaffolding arrangement after completing the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Overhauling of Cross travel gearbox of 18Ton capacity electrical hoist including the dismantling of gear box top cover and motor, and inspection of gears , replacing of main gear and pinion gear of C.T 2 Nos, bearings, reconditioning of C. T motor wornout shafts and assembling back all the above internals and normalizing.

Charges for complete overhauling of 2 HP, 415 volts LT Motors. Releasing the motor from bed, removing the gear, dismantling of motor, cleaning the rotor, stator core and stator winding, checking the tightness of wedges, insulating the stator winding portion by spraying one coat of Dr.Beck insulating varnish drying out the stator by preheating , checking of IR value and winding resistance and assembling the motor and testing.

Charges for dismantling of existing damaged of Electrical Panel and renewal of new electric panel of 18 T Capacity mono rail Hoist including renewal of wiring and renewal of spares.

Charges for supply and erection of new Hoist operated remote, Remote power cables, Control cables, Supporting wires ropes, cable trolley etc.
