| 7 | Providing and fabricating G.I square pipe for column/post of size 200 x 200 x 6 mm in length of 2.75 M , with stuctural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted/ bolted/ welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including wooden cladding to the post , two coats of painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete as per the direction of archaeological officer / officials. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing specially prepared dressed stone base of size 0.30 x0.30 x0.25 with GI plate of size 200 x200 mm beneath to the GI rectangular post with necessary screws and painting all over with a coat of red oxide, Zink chromate primer with surface duly prepared for painting etc. including two course of painting in enamel paint in approved shade etc. complete all as per the specification, Indian standards and drawings as directed. |

| 10 | Providing and fixing Crossed Supporting Trusses and members over the triangular portion of upper roof made up of with GI square pipe of size 150 x 150 x 5 mm thick with 100 x 75 x 6 mm rafters with all web bracing, webs, timber connector, nut and bolts, nails etc., as per the detailed design and drawing or as directed by the engineers including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position by checking the levels of all trusses, fastening the trusses as per the original, and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it 2 coats of oil painting approved quality and shade etc. complete. (For Gable Roof with truss), erecting and removal of appropriate scaffolding etc. complete as per the direction of the archaeological officer/ officials. |

(For Gable Roof with truss), erecting and removal of appropriate scaffolding etc. complete as per the direction of the archaeological officer/ officials. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing colour coated Zincalume ( R ) AZ150 ( min 150 gms/sq.mt. total on each side ) profiled sheets for roofing. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness ( BMT ) (0.5 mm TCT ), Hi strength steel with min.550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% aluminium 43.4% zinc 1.6% silicon) with COLORBOND ( R ) steel quality super durable polyester paint coat ( with inorganic pigment). The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 um, comprising of nominal 25 um exterior coat on top surface and nominal 10 um reverse coat on back surface. Profile sheet shall have nom. 950-1050 mm effective cover width and nominal 25-30 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 180-250 mm center- to-center. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary groove. and return leg. The feed material should have coil manufacturers product details marked a regular interval. Including fasteners with min. fastened with min. 25 um Zinc-Tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw etc. complete. | 17 | Providing and fixing ancient pattern teak wood door as per the existing pattern and clues by using well seasoned, knot free Burma teak wood having size 5.60 x 3.90 x 0.10 M thick with two pannels having size of 5.60 x 1.85 with thickness of 0.10 M. Four horizontal wooden members fitted on the both of the pannels having size of 1.85 x 0.15 x 0.10 M, further the wooden curved top rail with specially made design as per the existing pattern , having size1.85 x 0.15 x 0.20 m, fitted on each pannels , the four vertical supporting members of size 5.60 x 0.22 x 0.22 M fixed at the edges of vertical ends with using ancient pattern specially moulded pointed and rounded head nails, M.S. flat of size 10 x 6 mm, M.S. plate ,flower design 10 x 6 mm ribit including providing wicket gate of size 1.00 x 0.90 M with aranging the space in left side door pannel as per the existing pattern with ancient pattern locking arrangement and neccesary hinges etc. complete as per the detail drawing as directed by the archaeological officer/ officials . |
