Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motor control centre fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCAsheet steel in form in 3b formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel „T? sections irons and/or flats wherever necessary. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system with the 3 years free comprehensive warranty period. Lifting hooks shall also be provided . Approval of design of panel shall betaken for each panel before fabrication.MCC-1 for fire fighting equipmentsIncominga. 1 Nos. 4 pole 500A 35KA breaking Capacity mechanical interlocked incoming MCCB complete with the following: i. 0-500 volts, 96 x 96mm square voltmeter with selector switch shall be protected by 2 amps TP MCB: 1 Set ii. 0-500 amps, 96 x 96 mm square ammeter with 630/5 amps 15 VA CL:1 CT`s and selector switch: 1 Set iii. Phase indicating LED lamps shall be protected by 2 amps SP MCB: 3 Sets b. Aluminium bus bar sleeves type, rated at 800 amps for three phase and neutral phase bus bar shall have maximum current density of 1 amps per sq.cm. Outgoing: a. 2 Nos. 4 pole 250 amps 35 KA breakingcapacity TPN MCCB outgoing feeders with 55 KW DOL starters out going feeders for Hydrant / Sprinkler pump motor. The compartment shall contain CT operated ammeter of 0-250 amps range with selector switch auto / manual selector switch and indicating LED lamp with MCBs for `ON`/OFF/`TRIP` status of motor. b. 3 Nos. 4 pole 63 amps 25 KA breaking Capacity TPN MCCB, 12.5 KW Direct onlinestarter with single phase preventer and phase reversal preventer and outgoing feeder to jockey pump and terrace pump motor. The compartment shall contain CT operated ammeter of 0-63 amps and indicating lamps with MCBs for `ON`/OFF/`TRIP` status of pump motors.c. 2 No. suitable rating MPCB for 1.5 KW DOLstarter and outgoing feeder to sump pumps in plant room (including 1 Nos. standby). Each compartment shall contain auto / manual selector swtich and indicating / pushbutton lamps with MCB for ON / OFF / TRIP of motor. d. Providing and fixing 1 No. auto start panelactivated with pressure switch for diesel engine complete with all accessories, battery charger of suitable rating, MCB timers, push buttons,microprocessor based alarm annunciator, wiring and cabling including connection to diesel engine complete as required ready for working.e. Necessary cable alleys space for spare switches, internal wiring and copper earthing of all equipment shall also be included. All switch gears / control gears shall be compatible to motor duty rating.Provision shall be made for providing potential free contacts to all pumps starters for connection to building automation system.

Repair with Complete Material and Petty Material and ON/OFF Operation of LED street light /Flood Light of 20/45/60/72/80/100/120/150/200/250/300 watt upto entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
