Diameter of the centre pillar is 114mm and height is 2138mm. 3. Cap is fixed on the top of the centre pillar with rivets. 4. 2 short hinges holding, having length 168mm are welded in opposite directions horizontally. 5. Height of hinges holding pipe from the mounting plate base is 1618mm 6. 2 hinge supporters of length 448mm are welded in opposite directions horizontally to the centre pillar. Diameter of the supporter pipes are 48mm and height from the base of mounting plate is 1864cm. one hole is on the free end of the supporter. 7. Hinge bracket is fitted to hinge supporter and hinge holding L shaped pipe with pin bearing. Hinge bracket has another hole at length 250mm, just cm below the first pin bearing hole. 8. Inverted U shaped pipe are welded to the Hinge bracket at the base. 9. Inverted U shaped pipe’s free end is fitted with Grip handles. 10. 2 obtuse hinges are joined by hinge holding pipe in both directions, obtuse hinge has 3 holes of diameter 20mm, 2 holes at the both free ends and one at the center. Through the center hole it is connected to the hinge holding pipe with pin bearings. 11. Horizontal pipe no.1 is connected to the obtuse hinge from upside and to the hinge bracket from the base hole with pin bearings. 12. 2 vertical pipes of both sides are connected to the base of hinge Obtuse with pin bearings. Lower portion of vertical pipe is connected to the horizontal pipe no.2 at 323mm distance from center pillar (mounting plate). 13. Horizontal pipe no.2 and no.3 are fitted between center pillar and seat base through brackets one over the other, length of pipe no.2 and no.3 is 375mm and height of horizontal pipe no.1 from the base of mounting plate is 1864cm. 14. Seat base pipe is connected on both sides to the horizontal pipe no.2 and no.3, with brackets 15. Over the seat base pipe a bending seat pipe is welded. 16. Two bars are welded, since one edge of the bar is welded with the stopper pipe 25mm from the upper edge of the stopper pipe and other is welded with the stopper strip simitrically. The distance between the two bars is 542mm inwards. 7. Another two bars are welded, since one center edge of the bar is welded 249.5mm from the upper edge of the stopper pipe and other is welded with the stopper strip at 175mm downwards from the stopper strip. 8. Stopper strip plate have two holes linearly made on either side from the center, hole diameter 15mm.Holes are concentric to the holes of the center pillar and stopper strip plate is fixed with the help of Allen bolt(poly drive head) tightened throughout on both sides. 9. At the height of 1088mm fromthe mounting plate, stopper pipe is slidefit fixed. Holes are made concentric to the holes made on the center pillar, one at the height 1138mm and other 1363mm from the mounting plate. Those brackets are 50mm apart from each other. 6. On the centre pillar, two rectangular pipes are welded angularly at an angle 53mm from the centrer pillar. The rectangular pipes are of the dimensions- length 373mm, bredth 50mm and height 29mm having 360mm vertically upwards from the mounting plate. 7. A round shape pipe is welded on the top of the edges of the rectangular pipe and which length is 125mm and diameter 32 on boths sides. 8. A handle beam whose length 930mm, diameter 60mm. bracket 1st is welded 140mm from the bpttom edge of the handle and bracket 2nd is welded 280mm from the bottom edge of the handle beam. The round pipe is connected with the bracket 2nd with the help of the steel screws. 9. Two handle bars (1st and 2nd) are welded 60mm apart from the top edge of the handle beam. Handle bar 1st is 185mm and 2nd is 185mm in length. 10. A connecter pipe whose length 310 and diameter 38mm and two bushes are connected on both the edges. Back seat is located on the short length of the seat pipe with the help of strips welded 5mm above on the center face of the seat pipe and another one is welded 82mm from the seat pipe edge. 6. Arm have five parts length1 189mm,radius 104.4mm,straight length 166.9mm,radius 74mm bent at angle 130 degree,length2 160.8mm. Arm’s length1 edge is welded 205mm from the center of the center pillar and height 318.1mm on both the faces of seat pipe. rippers are gripped on the length2 of the arm. Grippers used are either of plastic or rubber. 7. On the edge of the long straight edge a pipe of diameter 60mm, length 65mm and thickness 4mm is welded. A pipe of diameter 60mm, length 65mm and thickness 4mm is welded on both the edges of the oscillator pipe. Round plate 2 having thickness 4mm is welded on both sides 13.5mm inwards on edges of the pipe welded on the long straight edge of seat pipe. Round plate 2 have a hole of diameter 28mm. 8. FOOTRESTER SUPPORT PIPE MECHANICAL DIMENSION AND MEASUREMENT OF MACHINE ARE FOLLOWING 1. A rectangular base pipe having length 1010 mm breath 78 mm and height 40 mm. Three bracket are welded on the rectangular base pipe. 1ST bracket 50 mm ,2nd bracket 65 mm and 3rd bracked 760 mm from the edge of the base pipe. 2. Pipe 1 is arranged with the bracket 1 and having length 342mm and diameter 48mm. 2 bushes are welded on both edges of the pipe1, pipe 2 is also arranged with the bracket 2 and length 349mm and diameter 48mm and bushes are welded with it on both edeges. Similarly 3 brackets are also holding pipe 3having length 342mm and diameter 48mm with bushes welded on both edges. 3. Bending arm pipe welded with the bracket box on both its sides .This arm pipe haves parts, short length 91mm, radius1 121mm, angular length 517mm,radius2 96mm, extended length 140mm.The bending arm are 258mm from the base pipe towards upward. 4. Grippers are studded at the edge of last short straight pipe having material plastic or rubber. 5. Angular seat pipe having parts straight length 1119mm, and angular length 363mm,and having dimensions breadth 78m, above length bracket 1st is welded 88mm form the straight edge of the angular seat base pipe whereas bracket 2nd is welded 528mm from the straight edge of the angular seat base pipe. Each bracket is welded opposite to it. 6. Seat are fixed on the angular seat base pipe with the help of steel Allen bolt (polydrive head). It is of either plastic or metal. 7. Stopper band is also welded with the angular base pipe 334mm from the straight edge of base pipe. Rubber pad is tightened at the ending edge of the stopper band and to avoid shock. 8. Centre of the foot rest pipe is welded with the straight edge of the angular seat base pipe equally. And foot rester is also welded angularly on the foot rester pipe .The diameter of the foot rester pipe 32mm and length 160mm. 9. Foot rester jointers are welded on the foot rester pipe having length 315mm breadth60mmon the either sides of the rester joints, apart 432mm from the edges of the foot rester pipe .Foot rester is joined on the foot rester pipe with the help of polydrive head Allen bolt. 10. Pipe 1 is connected with the bracket 1st of the rectangular base pipe and angular seat base pipe, pipe 2 is connected with the bracket 2nd of the rectangular base pipe and angular seat base pipe, pipe 3 is connected with the bracket 3rd of the rectangular base pipe and another bracket welded on the edge of the (straight) of the angular seat base pipe ,Bushes of all the pipes are joined with the brackets having bearing and pin in between , tightened with Allen bolt polydrive head bolt having plastic caps on the ends. Note: All the movable joints have a PIN BEARING in between, tightened with the Allen bolt polydrive head bolt having plastic caps on the ends. Since plastic caps are fixed on the ends, the bolt can’t be opened until they will be broken. |

These 2 foundations rectangular pipes are connected with Foundation connector of length 790mm, breadth 80mm and height 40mm. Foundation connector is welded to both foundations rectangular pipe through the middle of the same pipes. 3. Standing rectangular pipe no.1 of length 930, diameter 89mm is welded to one of the foundation rectangular pipes’ top through the center. 4. Standing rectangular pipe no.2 of length 745mm, diameter 89mm is welded to another foundation rectangular pipe’s topthrough the center. 5. Cylindrical pipes are welded on the top and center of the both standing pipes. Diameter of cylindrical pipe is 60mm and length is of 457mm. 6. On the both ends of cylindrical pipes 2 pendulum bar big and pendulum bar small are suspended through pin bearing connection. These pendulum bars can swing in forward and backward motion. Length of big pendulum bar is 770mm and length of smallpendulum bar is 515 mm. gaps between the 2 pin bearings is 338mm. These pendulum bars are welded to the bush. 7. Free ends of the big pendulum bars and small pendulum bars are welded with bushes. These welded bushes are fitted in the brackets. 8. Bridge rectangular pipe of length 920mm, breadth 40 and height 60mm is connected between one big pendulum and small pendulum bar of same side. 9. Bracketsare welded on the both sides of the bridge rectangular pipe for connection of big pendulum bar and small pendulum bar, with steel screws. 10. In the middle of the bridge rectangular pipe standing pads (foot rests) are attached with steel screws. Standing pads may be of plastic or of metal. 11. Holding pipes are welded on the top of the bush of cylindrical pipe. Holding pipe has 3 parts. First straight length of 123mm, radius length 96mm at the angle of 26 degrees, radius at angle 90 degrees and last is straight length 140mm. 12. Last portion of holding pipes are studded with plastic/rubber grippers Note: All the movable joints have a PIN BEARING in between, tightened with the Allen bolt polydrive head bolt having plastic caps on the ends. Since plastic caps are fixed on the ends, the bolt can’t be opened until they will be broken. |
