| 5 | Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance +/- 8% in cement mortar (1 : 6 ) for all heights and depths with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc.of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, watering and curing, scaffolding, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | 20mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:4) over old wall including all cost, conveyance, royalty and labour for watering, curing, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Finishing walls with water proof weather coat paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Priming one coat with wall cement Primer(Water bound) over approved plastered surface including cost of all materials, T & P taxes etc as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard crushed granite chips. |
| 10 | Supplying and fixing of M.S Grills,M.S Doors,M.S windows and M.S gates etc including cost,conveyance of all materials and labour for fitting fixing etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | 1 Priming 1 coat with any appproved Primer (Labour and cost of primer) Per 1 Sqm. |
