Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of following 132 KV SF-6 C.B. (pneumatic) at 220KV Sub-Station,Manth. The job includes opening of Pole assembly from upper & lower terninal flanges. Cleaning of all grooves o flanges and porcelains with petrol. scrubber ped and acrylic solution. Replacement of all Ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings by applying anabond adhesive. Reassembly Of pole then evacuation of pole upto 6.0 bar rel. A testing of vaccum for 12 Hrs. and satisfactory result, reffling of SF-6 Gas upto required level. Cheacking of proper operation of C.B. from local and remote. All materials, except SF-6 Gas required for execution of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
