M150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand in foundation including labour & material complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Class- 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and C.sand mortar in Super Structure including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work(23cm)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shaoe as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel. Its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 ltr/ 10 Sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75 / 10 Sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work for two coat.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
