Installation of GPS Device on Tankers/Tractors Uninstallation of GPS Devices from Tankers/Tractor Daily Services of GPS Device in case of breakdown Maintenance of GPS Devices.Submission of GPS Devices to the Store Department after completion of work .

Control Room Setup: The space (location) for establishment of the Control Room shall be provided by Jhansi Jal Sansthan; however, the arrangement of computers/laptops and printers shall not be included under this work. The scope of work includes deployment of 02 manpower for continuous monitoring of GPS data and 02 manpower for GPS report printing. The report printing shall be carried out as per the prescribed proforma issued by the District Magistrate / Office of the General Manager/Executive Engineer, Jhansi Division, Jal Sansthan, Jhansi, wherein GPS trip-related details shall first be entered manually in accordance with the approved proforma, and thereafter reports shall be printed on the same prescribed proforma in 02 sets. In addition, deployment of 02 additional manpower for preparation of reports as per the prescribed proforma shall also be included. Electricity for the Control Room shall be provided by Jhansi Jal Sansthan.

Dowloading, verifying & Printing of Trip Report Aproximately 15 Trips Per Vehiles on daily basis and submission of Hard Copies in Three Set's one set for Nagar Nigam and Two Sets for Jal Sansthan and At the end of the contract the complete data should be provided in Hard Drive. This Work Includes Paper Charges, Cartridge Charges, Internet Charges etc. till completion of work.or the Control Room shall be provided by Jhansi Jal Sansthan.
