| 16 | Supplying and fixing of Fibre Glass Reinforced (FRP) Needles along with FRP coated M.S. Frame needles shall be made out of standard quality FRP composite materials smooth surface shall be provided from both the sides of the needles, toung and box type groove shall be provided to the needles for interlocking in to each other. Box type groove protect the edge of the needle. Rubber seal of size 15mm x 4mm thk shall be fixed into the groove for water tight performance. Handles shall be provided at two locations for lifting and lowering of the needle in to the frame. The FRP needle shall be tailor made sections as per size required at site for closing the bandhara. (a)For thickness of needles 65 mm + 3mm (Hallow type) for the water depth 0 mtrs to 2.00 mtrs from top and width not more than 2.00 mtrs in clear span and work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineer in charge etc complete. |
| 17 | Providing and fixing PVC water seal in construction joints are as per design and drawings shall withstand the pressure to the tune of 5kg/cm2 of approved quality and conforming to relevant I.S. code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided the nominal width shall not be less than 305mm and the thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00 mm and shall withstand minimum hydrostatic pressure of 30m of water including the cost of all materials, labours, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including incidents involved as per specifications, drawings and as per the direction of Engineer in charge etc complete.
