Maintenance of pipe lines which includes repairing of bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections,collection & recording minimum 10 Nos. residual chlorine samples during supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipe line network in existing distribution / rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and lose soil / hard soil including cutting of black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. this will also includecutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job contractor will be use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering if any and restore any aenity at his cost demaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network within scope of work for per km pipe line per month. Jionting material shall be provided by the department.

Work of lnter Connection in AC/PVC pipe line including dismantling of BT road/ cc road/ excavation of soil, cutting of existing pipeline, jointing of tee (complete) and other specials excluding sluice valve, dewatering, transportation from JE store and providing adequate safety of site and testing for water proof interconnection using his own T and P, labour and dewatering pump etc. required to complete the job. (Material such as Tee/ Tee clamp/ rubber sheet/CID joints required for lnter connection shall be provided by the department free of cost).In concrete road
