Wardrobe Unit: Supplying, fabrication, and installation of a floor-to-ceiling modular/wooden wardrobe unit as per approved design and drawing, including internal laminates, soft-close hinges, channels, handles, and locks. (5 inches x7 inches x1.5 inches) and material specification 18mm commercial Plywood with 1mm Laminate finish). All the edges must be sealed with 0.8mm PVC/ mica edge banding of matching colour.Dressing Unit: Supply and fixing of Dressing Unit with storage drawers, mirror panel, and necessary electrical provisions (e.g., light point/socket) as per design. Mirror of 5mm thickness of size 12 inches x 36 inches to be pasted on the shutter along with wooden/SS beading.

TV Unit/Console: Supply and fixing of Wall-mounted/floor-standing TV unit with provision for cable management, shelf, and storage unit. Material for the structure should be approved-quality plywood of 18mm.

Wooden Door (Guest Room Entry): Supply and installation of new flush/panel wooden door including necessary accessories (door frame, good quality hinges, tower bolts, door stopper, mortise lock set, etc.) (7 inchesX3 inches and material 30mm solid panel PVC and 5mm thick extruded PVC sheet.).

Wooden Paneling (Feature Wall/Area): Supplying and fixing decorative wooden paneling on specified wall area, including necessary sub-frame, finish (e.g., veneer/laminate/grooves), and installation with moisture-resistant fiberboard (MDF) with a specific density, plywood, or block board or “Solid Polymer Panels\\" of 15mm to 19mm thickness.

PVC False Ceiling: Supply and installation of PVC paneled false ceiling, including supporting framework and necessary fixing materials. (4mm or 6mm fiber cement boards, PVC panel thicknesses range from 6 mm to 8 mm). The installation should involve a suspended grid system, with main runners and cross tees forming modular grids, typically 600 mm X 600 mm, supported by G.I. wire. All hardware fitting including hinges of approved make SS 201 grade satin finish/brush finish including handle and tower bolt.
