| 5 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(One cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm moninal size) with 15% plums & curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Retaining/wall & Beast/walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm, as per HPPWD specification as per direction of Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts. |
| 6 | Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand ) second class bricks within all leads and lifts. |
| 7 | Providing and laying Cement concrete. 1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 sand: 4: graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts. |
| 8 | Providing & Fixing of pannel of size 1.80x1.20 within all leads and lifts complete in all respect. |
| 9 | Applying a priming coat over new steel& other metalled surface & including preparing the surface by thoroghly cleaning oil, grease & durt & other foreign matter scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool srapers and sand paper complete (with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, red oxied/Zinc oxide chrome ) within all leads and lifts complete in all respect. |
| 10 | Painting two coats (Excluding priming cost on new steel another metal surfaces eigther enamelpaint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters within all leads and lifts complete in all respect. |
| 11 | 20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks /stone masonary for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement: Four sand) within all leads and lifts. |
| 12 | Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material within all leads and lifts. |
