Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plasteringcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3

M&L for 12mm thick single coat ready mixed plaster as per manufacturers instruction. Make/Brand : ACC, Birla, Speed Dry Mix Eco Plaster. Note :- Manufactured sand shall not be used plaster or painting.

Supply only integral water proofing @ 0.50 Kg per 40Kg bag of Ready mixed plaster compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of walls and providing and applying 1 coat of Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane, formulated with select elastomeric and resilient acrylic polymer and reinforcing synthetic fibers and can bear upto 7 bar hydrostatic pressure with forced consumption of 30-35 sq ft/ 1ltr with 8 Years Waterproofing warranty. Followed by two or more (40 % diluted) coats of (Asian Paints Ultima Suprema or equivalent) 100%Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives with rich Sheen and having resistance to growth of algae, Excellent (DPUR) resistance to dust accumulation, resistance to fading of colors and longevity of 8 years to obtain an acceptable finish by EIC over new palastered surface of walls and chhajjas. The surface shall be checked for cracks and shall be filled with fiber reinforced crack filler for upto 3 MM cracks and bigger cracks shall be filled with polymer modified cement. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust, or grease. The Item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labor, Tools, Tackles, Consumable, Scaffolding, Etc. Make :Asian Paints Smartcare Damp Proof Suprema or equivalent & Ultima Suprema or equivalent.Note:1. MOU shall be submitted by the contractor, duly signed between Contractor and Paint manufacturing company for Pre,during and Post work completion site inspections.
