(iii)Checking and mainteance of leakage of transformer oil from starters, all connections, of moving, auxillary, contacts, coils, relays etc in all respect of oil immersed and Electronic starters. | 41 | Cont/-(v) Maintaining the allingment of pumpsets,maintaining the vibrations by filling neccessary gland packing, and allied works for avoidng the loss of pumpsets due to mechanical faults and electrical faults to prevent the motor winding burning, damage of pump shafts, coupling, casing of pump sets etc and restrict the abnormal sounds in pump sets.Note :(a) The neccessary gland packing,rubber insertion sheets, insulation tape, grease, oil and nut bolts of any size will be issued by contractor without any extra cost for maintenance. (b) T&P, helpers for repair and maintenanace are reasponsiblity of contactor without any extra cost. (c) Any defect found and not intimated by the technician will be viewed seriously and penalty of Rs 5000 or cost of deffect rectification which one is feasible will be accounted. |
