| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated travelling (EOT) crane of 02 Ton capacity, floor operated, comprising of hoist motor, micro motor, long travel, cross travel motor, gear box, control panel and other connected accessories installed at Deltic & PIP plant (02 Nos).Notes for Ser Item Nos 01 to 06:- (a) Ispection checking decarbonising & tightning of electrical connection in total system includig replacment of thimbles etc. (b) Inspection & checking of fuses, setting & tightning the same as per their capacity.(c) Inspection & setting of voltage system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc.(d) Spares for EOT crane will be measured and paid seperately.(e) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a month for 11 months and maintain the record of the same as per the performa of monthly maintenanc check.(f) Contractor ensure serviceability and safety of crane during his each visit by way of maintining job card duly signed by JE E/M. |
