Providing, erecting, maintaining and dismantling Heavy Duty Structural Steel Staging and Lifting System for the existing Bridge Deck (Span 20.00m) for retrofitting works up to a height upto 10.00 meters. The work includes providing vertical steel crib supports of size 450x450mm fabricated using ISA 50x50x6mm (as per drawing)angles with necessary lacings/bracings; supporting a load-transfer grid comprising of ISMB 300 Cross Girders (X-Girders) placed at 2.0mtr. centre-to-centre and ISMB 300 Longitudinal Girders (L-Girders) under the main bridge beams. The item also includes providing and placing Hydraulic Jacks of 20 Tonne capacity each at specified locations; lifting the deck to the required level; locking the jacks/staging in position to prevent deflection for a period until completion of retrofitting); and safely lowering the deck thereafter. The rate is inclusive of all hire charges for steel and machinery, flooring for cribs, erection charges, dismantling, transportation, nuts, bolts, welding, and all safety measures complete in all respects as per the structural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.\\" including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Furnishing and placing mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in sub structure/any height of bridge structure complete of plain/ reinforced concrete designed mix as per MORD 2014 technical specification Section 800 & 1200 to obtain minimum compressive strength of grade M-30 ( M thirty ) with minimum cement contents of 407 kg.(four hundred seven kilogram) and curing complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments and piers cap , Bed Plate , dirt wall etcetera as per drawings and MORTH specification clause 1500,1700,2200 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental .
