Fabrication, machining and supply of Cooling Water Pump (VT Pump) spare parts as per approved sample and relevant IS specifications including providing and machining of Stainless Steel centre shaft (OD 25 mm × 1500 mm long) – 01 No. and Stainless Steel shaft (OD 25 mm × 925 mm long) – 01 No. conforming to IS 1570 (Grade suitable for pump shaft application), Stainless Steel sleeve (OD 34 mm × 72 mm long) – 01 No., Stainless Steel hexagonal nut – 01 No. and Stainless Steel gland nut – 01 No. conforming to IS 1367, Seamless steel pipe (OD 48 mm, ID 38 mm, 1500 mm long) – 01 complete with Gun Metal top bush (01 set) and Gun Metal bottom bush – 01 No. , and Brass air plug – 01 No. , including cutting, rough and finish machining, threading, drilling, keyway cutting (if required), surface finishing, proper alignment and assembly as per sample, ensuring dimensional accuracy and concentricity, complete with all labour, tools & plants, testing and finishing, complete in all respects for installation at Ganvi Stage I.
